Kirill Mikhaylov, Esq.

Kirill V. Mikhaylov is a Las Vegas personal injury attorney that specializes in representing victims who suffered injury and wrongful death due to negligence of others.  He is a trial attorney that has extensive experience in litigating complex personal injury and commercial law disputes.  Kirill has successfully represented clients in a variety of matters in state and federal court and the Nevada Supreme Court. Prior to joining Pacific West Injury Law, Kirill was a partner at a prominent national business law firm. He has tried numerous bench and jury trials to verdict and has obtained millions of dollars for his clients. 

Kirill has also worked alongside some of the nation’s leading attorneys in high profile cases involving more than two billion dollars.  His compassion, attention to detail, and thorough understanding of the litigation process provides his clients with the highest level of legal representation.   

Kirill was raised in Las Vegas and graduated from Durango High School.  He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law.  He has been recognized as a Rising Star by the Mountain States Super Lawyers and as Legal Elite and Top Rank Attorney by the Nevada Business Magazine.
